Qualified Candidates Will Be: Enrolled as an undergraduate Sophomore, Junior or Senior at a college or university in the fields of Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Engineering Management with a minimum GPA of 3.0 Practiced in their field of study and excited to apply it to real-world applications Ready to learn and willing to jump in with both feet Strong team and individual player Excellent communicators and creative problem solvers Legally authorized to work in the United States Interns Can Expect to Work on the Following Projects: Our Lean/Continuous Improvement Intern will have the opportunity to assist with plant-wide improvement agendas and drive action items, including OA studies. Our Intern will participate in Kaizens and work to track KPI's. Our Interns will work in a team setting where they will gain hands-on experience in project leadership and lean manufacturing.
