Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or another related technology degree required.

·        Exhibit proven strength in the following competencies: strategic leadership, analytical and communication skills, business judgment and ethics, technical skills, adaptability, results focus, business acumen, and willingness to develop and apply advanced technology skills in a dynamic team-oriented environment.

·        Strong demonstrated interest in the business-facing side of information technology solution delivery.

·        Technical skill with Microsoft Office suite products, web development tools, database development and management, ERP, operating systems, and technical infrastructure.

·        Willingness to rotate to different locations for each nine-month period from a Connecticut-based position is a must.

Position Description:

·         Cycle through three nine-month rotations to learn about and contribute to various business units.

·         Support strategic partners for infrastructure, business applications, or web design.

·         Manage small projects to help deliver technology solutions to customers.

·         Design web pages or support web development.

·         Contribute to projects in various areas, including: information technology development, web applications, application programs, business intelligence, and enterprise resource planning.

·         Travel to North Carolina, Florida, and other customer locations.
