Experience: 6 or more years experience working with job-seekers and/or program management required. Experience in Military education and/or employment-related services preferred. Veteran Status highly preferred.Will also consider an Associates degree and 4 or more years experience as stated, or a Bachelors Degree and 2 or more years experience as stated above.
External Hiring Range: $40,584 to $44,348/Year
HR GENERALIST - Full Time

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience: 6 or more years’ experience in human resource processes, applicable laws and regulations required. Qualified candidates must be able to work independently. Experience with employee recruitment processes and required paperwork is preferred. An Associate’s degree in Business/Management or Human Resources, or a related field, and 3 or more years’ experience as listed above will be considered. A Bachelor’s Degree and 2 or more years of experience as listed, or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Human Resources or a related field with 1 or more years of experience will also be considered.
External Hiring Range: $13.97 to $15.27/Hour
