REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors in Psychology or
related field with early childhood experience.
Positive Behavior Supports/Mental Health diagnosis experience preferred
as well as consulting experience in mentoring teachers/parents about inclusion (disabilities),
classroom & behavior management

Responsibilities: Ensure center compliance/best practice, Early Head
Start/Head Start Performance Standards, Pre-K Counts and DPW Regulations
through visitations and observations in the centers. Conduct
quarterly trainings and other trainings, as determined. Conduct and track child
development/social-emotional development screenings. Retrain staff on site according to needs.
During center visits monitor centers according to policies and procedures and
report non-compliance issues immediately. Serve as a resource to centers and
staff; visit centers regularly for mentoring. Train staff in individualization
of children’s needs using developmentally appropriate practices. Train staff
regarding inclusion/adaptations and classroom management/intervention.
