Project estimation growing commercial roofing company:
Read and interpret contract specifications and drawings
Take off material and labor quantities from bidding documents and to manufacturer's requirement on private projects.
Provide project estimation
Potential sales presentations to prospective clients
Eventually project oversight and administration
Training available for right applicant
Ideal candidate:
Self driven and motivated

Great attitude
Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
Ideal candidate is a business or engineering major.
Can read blueprints and specifications
Construction, architectural or engineering background or education preferred
Good communicator both verbal and written
Excellent math skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Good writing skills
Excel and Word with CAD a plus.
Knowledge of The Edge Estimating software a HUGE plus.
