PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The ACCEL Retail Bank Development Program (RBDP) – Consumer and Business Banking Track, is an accelerated development program for recent college graduates with exceptional leadership potential. ACCEL RBDP develops PNC’s next generation of Retail Bank leaders through a 12-month program that provides technical and leadership/professional development training enhanced by experiential learning opportunities.
The ACCEL RBDP combines leadership and sales/service excellence training with instruction on specific banking operations. Recognized as outstanding representatives of PNC’s brand (At PNC, we care about your achievement), successful graduates are exposed to career advancement opportunities.
WHAT THE ACCEL RBDP CONSUMER & BUSINESS BANKING TRACK OFFERS
· Branch Management, and Business Banking rotations
· One-on-one mentoring/coaching in branch
· Management and Business Banking training
· Technical, sales, and service excellence training
· Leadership development
· Knowledge-building workshops
· Relationship-building and learning events
The first five months of the ACCEL RBDP learning path offers a basic fundamental understanding of Retail Banking including four key rotations within the Branch and Business Banking divisions.
Successful graduates are placed in high-impact positions with fantastic career advancement in Branch Management and Business Banking. Potential opportunities exist in Alabama, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia, and Wisconsin.

QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management, Marketing or Economics
· Excellent academic record, 3.0 GPA or greater
· Senior graduating December 2013 – June 2014; or recent college graduates
· Achievement and demonstrated leadership in non-academic pursuits
· High self-confidence
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to work in teams
· High ethical standards
· Willingness to relocate within PNC’s footprint
· Must have U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency
