Quality Manager
Part of a team with a goal of delivering solutions to improve process capability and production volume while maintaining & improving quality standards through effective communication between customers and employees.
Required Skills:
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with all relevant parties.
  • Strong math, analytical, & computer skills include Excel, Access & CAD.
  • Statistical knowledge & data interpretation.
  • Root Cause Analysis.
  • Familiarity with Blueprints & Drafting.
Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing & ISO experience are preferred.

Engineering Technician
The role of the engineering technician is to evaluate existing processes & configure mfg. systems to reduce cost and improve production processes.  The focus will be maintaining safe & reliable manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies & costs.
Required Skills
  • Fabricate or assemble mechanical, electrical, or electronic components or assemblies.
  • Modify, maintain, or repair mechanical, electrical, or electronic equipment or systems.
  • Analyze engineering designs for new or existing automated or electromechanical systems.
  • Produce electrical, mechanical, or electronic drawings or other documents necessary.
  • Consult/collaborate with others to ensure equipment or systems meet specifications.

Maintenance Technician
Will repair, adjust, install, or maintain equipment to keep mechanical equipment or the structure of establishment in repair.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure machines run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, or the physical conditions of buildings do not deteriorate.
  • Test faulty equipment to diagnose malfunctions using test equipment and applying knowledge of the functional operation of electronic units and systems.
  • Diagnose mechanical/electrical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, or schematics as necessary.
  • Clean, lubricate, or adjust parts, equipment, or machinery.
  • Use knowledge of PLC programming to troubleshoot computer controlled machinery.
  • Establish written maintenance procedures and schedules.
