About The Job
We seek highly motivated, hardworking individuals for our Management Trainee (MT) program. The MT position is ideal for candidates seeking an entry-level opportunity in business management. The MT position is a full-time position starting at one of our regional offices with an option for promotion and future transfer to another Daily Express office location. We have offices in Carlisle, PA, Baltimore, MD, Jacksonville, FL, Davenport, IA, Oklahoma City, OK, and Houston, TX.
Training
Management Trainees work in an office setting and gain exposure to general operations, freight dispatch, and our business structure. Management Trainees receive hands-on training by shadowing experienced employees in various departments and job functions while learning all vital aspects of the business. During training, MTs can enhance existing talents while discovering and developing business skills. The training phase is typically 8-12 months in length. At some point after training, MTs can expect to relocate to another Daily Express location.
