Do you have a vision and mission for your own career?
Whether we’re managing a task, a project, a team or a large organization, we all find our work more engaging, motivating and achievable when we have a clear mission we can go after.
A personal/professional vision and mission statement can help to give a sense of purpose, to guide and challenge what you do and the decisions you make, to set a course to meet your goals and expectations, and to define what success looks like for you.
We will discuss the definition of vision and mission statements, understand the value they can provide, and step through a process for creating your own.
Join us to learn what so many successful people know about the importance of having a personal vision and mission.
