I.T. Intern (Pay is $15/hour)
The purpose of our internship is to aid students in learning the
specific functions of various positions within the Information Technology
field. We accomplish this by positioning
students in support roles assisting members of our firm’s I.T. Department.
We are looking for technically skilled candidates with good
problem-solving ability for the position of I.T. Intern. This Intern is
expected to display good interpersonal skills as they will interact with
colleagues from various departments and executive levels.
Possible Projects:
New computer assembly & setup
Computer troubleshooting
O.S. Upgrades (Windows 7 to Windows 10)
Data Backup & Restore
Digital & VOIP phone setup
Active Directory account setup
Printer setup & troubleshooting
PowerPoint slideshows
Basic network setup & troubleshooting
New product/technology research
Software installation and updates
Basic photography
Developing data disaster recovery plans
Basic Photoshop (no experience necessary)
Some programming experience would be a plus, but not
necessary. (JavaScript, CSS, HTML, PowerShell, SQL, C#)
