The IT Support Services Intern/Co-Op will be responsible for supporting operations in the three areas of IT Client Services: Help Desk, Asset Management, and Desktop Support.
The Intern/Co-Op in this position will rotate through each area, gaining real-world knowledge and experience along the way.
What you will learn:
- First-hand knowledge of supporting over 4,500 end users in a fast-paced, highly-evolving, exciting, and industry-leading environment
- Gain hands-on experience and develop a working knowledge of leading IT platforms and tools such Windows 10, Office 365, ServiceNow, MobileIron, and SCCM
- Involvement in planning, strategy, and brainstorming session
