Equipment Engineer Technician
This entry-level position is responsible for maintenance of equipment and troubleshooting efforts. This position reports directly to the Plant Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Provide engineering expertise and support for maintaining equipment
- Engineer and coordinate projects and interact with outside vendors in the process
- Develop standard operating procedures to improve maintenance quality and reduce or eliminate problems
- Initiate improvements to the equipment
- Troubleshoot and inspect problems, analyze and resolve issues accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organization skills
- Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Candidates should have a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a highly motivated team environment.
