APPLY AT: www.oxfordsolutionsinc.comJob Summary:The IT Support Specialist will work with our IT Support Team to assist with day-to-day operations, which includes answering the Support Desk phone and responding/monitoring the Support Desk email Inbox.The IT Support Specialist will have high interaction with bank personnel via phone, email and face-to-face.Other job responsibilities include troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and other technical issues (ex: printing, scanning, faxing, etc).The IT Support Specialist will also assist in related IT project work, as needed.Minimum Job Requirements:· Working towards an undergraduate degree, in an IT related field, at either a college or technical institute.· Knowledge of Windows 7/Windows 8 and Server 2008/2012.· Basic knowledge of network configuration on PCs, including IP address configuration and wireless network settings for laptops.· Excellent customer service skills.· Strong oral and written communication skills and being able to troubleshoot various technical issues either over the phone and in person.Preferred Job Requirements:· Prefer candidates with previous Helpdesk/technical support experience within a Microsoft computing environment for both servers and client workstations.· Prior experience in replacing toner cartridges, rollers, and maintenance kits on printers.
