IT USER SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Bolttech Mannings, Inc. is a leader in providing specialized industrial on-site services to the oil, gas and power generation markets. We also design and manufacture a complete line of specialty service tooling and equipment including hydraulic bolting tools, resistance heating equipment, multi-fuel combustion heating systems, and induction heating machines. Bolttech Mannings, Inc. has 20 locations across the United States. We have an opening for an IT User Support Specialist based out of our Pittsburgh, PA location. The IT User Support Specialist is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all computer and telecommunications systems and components and will work with users to resolve issues in a timely manner. On a day to day basis, this person will investigate user problems, identify their source, and determine possible solutions, analyze and resolve technical problems for established networks, and resolve network production problems. The successful candidate will have a Associates’ degree or higher in Computer Science or Programming and will be an expert user in all Microsoft Office products, including InfoPath and SharePoint. Knowledge of Azure Cloud, Office 365, Mitel and Avaya phone systems is helpful.
