PA State and Local Government Civil Service Tests

 

The Pennsylvania State Civil Service Commission would appreciate your assistance in providing your students with information regarding employment opportunities available with the Commonwealth.  While the majority of the titles listed require an associate or bachelor degree, some may require a master’s degree or some other certification or experience.  The Job Requirements section in each announcement will specify the training and experience necessary for each title.

Students earning their associate’s or bachelor’s degrees may apply if they are within seven months of graduation.  Those earning an associate’s degree would need to have completed 45 credits at the time of application and those earning a bachelor’s degree would have to have completed 90 credits at the time of application.
