Job Summary:
Assist the Club Prophet LLC Credit Team in the timely and successfuly implementation of the ProphetPay credit card processing platform.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with ensuring all clients being boarded onto ProphetPay have the following prerequisites fulfilled:
- Updated software version (3.102 frozen or higher)
- Opened ports for online V5 access and migrator access
- Online V5 setup
- Acceptable hardware
- Assist with scheduling updates
- Relay information to Project Management regarding the need for hardware upgrade purchases
- Take calls concerning ProphetPay reporting inquiries regarding Merchant Track access

This position is 100% remote. The candidate would need to have a suitable work environment set up as their home office and be comfortable managing their own schedule in a non-corporate office environment.
