North Pittsburgh Automation Controls position
Job Duties:
• Determine control system requirements based on machine specifications and/or interactions with PSG team members and customers.
• Prepare control panel layouts, electrical schematics, and pneumatic schematics.
• Prepare and maintain BOM’s and complete procurement tasks.
• Prepare PLC and HMI software.
• Contribute to the build phase of the systems, guiding technicians, hands on tasks.
• Complete system de-bug, testing and FAT.
• Travel to customer sites for installations, trouble shooting, maintenance, and warranty repairs of automation, and tooling systems.
• Respond to customer questions and comments in a professional manner.
• Must have strong mechanical skills to interact with mechanical engineers in the development of automated systems.

We are currently seeking a Control Systems Engineer in the Western Pennsylvania area. This person will be responsible for programming of Rockwell Automation PLC based SCADA Systems as well as on-site start-up and commissioning and on-going support of SCADA systems.
