Spang & Company are looking for a driven and energeticCustomer Service Representative to join their Magnetics division at their Pittsburgh Office.
In this role you will cover all areas of customer service from first line contact to the completion of the order.
Major Responsibilities
- Provide customer with pricing and delivery information.
- Create and process customer quotations and orders in IFS.
- Send customer confirmations, delivery notes, and invoices.
- Expedite customer orders.
- Consult with Sales Engineers, as well as the Purchasing, Shipping, Manufacturing, Costing, Compliance and Logistics
- Department.
- Handle customer concerns.
- Interface with internal and external personnel.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree In Business or Marketing. Proficient computer experience, sales and/or customer service experience is essential. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of an ERP system is preferred. Experience with customers is a plus.
