PROGRAM DEVELOPER
The Westmoreland-Fayette Workforce Development Board is seeking a qualified candidate to work with the healthcare industry to build the infrastructure of a successful sector-based partnership. This requires industry analysis; solicit healthcare employers to build capacity. Planning, including goal setting, plan implementation and evaluation/business impact. Candidate must have B.A. in Human Resources, business or related field. Strong computer skills, including proficiencies in using Microsoft Office, data and graphic tools; good communication skills, including visual presentation of data and written presentations; strong interpersonal skills. Salary: $36,671, full benefits.
