The Naval Nuclear Laboratory (NNL) Information Technology Communication Systems team is responsible for the timely delivery, deployment, support, and security of video conference systems for Naval Reactors (NR) Program users. These systems are critical to the NR Programs ability to deliver the highest quality design products to NR and support safe operations in the fleet.
The successful candidate will be based in Pittsburgh, PA and will support video conferencing, mobile operations, telecommunications, and telecommunications security with a focus area in video conferencing. The duties include but are not limited to:
- Provide monitoring, troubleshooting, and repair of video conference systems
- Develop and enrich operational policies and procedures for effective video conferencing
- Develop technical standards for video conference systems
- Identify, evaluate, and implement new video conference solutions
- Interface with end-users to deploy new video conference systems
- Support life cycle management of video conference infrastructure
- Support mobile operations, telecommunications, and telecommunication security as needed
