Lodge Specifics:
o Rooms and lodge are heated
o 3 people will share a bathroom
o Everyone has a bed – room consist of 3 and 6 – no co-ed
o Fire pit outside with S’mores
GOAL: To foster a culture of new leaders on each participating campus in the west.
LEARNING OUTCOMES:
· Recognize personal values and leadership styles and how those traits function in a group setting
· Increase self-awareness about communication skills
· Understand the importance of multicultural competency as a foundation of effective leadership
· Gain a sense of Penn State pride and a respect for the campus community
· All expenses are paid for and transportation is provided as well.
