The internship experience begins with a shadowing process to teach the
process of manufacturing to ensure a comprehensive understanding. Upon
completion of shadowing, a prospective intern will be given the opportunity to
demonstrate their skills and knowledge in a field of engineering to determine a
pace of integration best suited to their ability.

efficient inspection plans (blueprint reading), real-time data procurement.

Analysis: compile data for initial
project development, utilizing Six-Sigma/ Lean Manufacturing concepts.
• Employee Training
Presentations: develop & initiate
presentations & training sessions for production personnel, monitor
progress.
