Description: SUMMARY
This position is responsible for supporting the Import / Compliance team by performing support duties related to both product compliance data and import logistics. It requires the ability to make decisions using analytical tools and abilities, a high degree of multi-tasking, and a strong attention to details.
FUNDAMENTAL DUTIES
•Answer routine internal and external inquiries concerning compliance matters.
•Proofreads and quality checks test reports and product data across several systems.
•Supports the compliance of all Foreign Trade Zone policies / regulations.
•Reviews and tracks product guidelines and specifications that enable products to meet all applicable regulations.
•Manages the creation and update of Leed’s CPCs and GCCs for applicable items
•Monitor and coordinate disposition of inventory on Compliance Hold.
•Communicates and upholds policy and procedures through verbal and written communication
•Assists in the development and ongoing maintenance of a Company-wide Compliance Manual including establishment of a compliance-related communication process to enhance employee awareness of applicable compliance issues. Provide continuing periodic updates on compliance-related topics.
•Maintain departmental scorecards on a daily and monthly basis.
•Participates in end of year Physical Inventory.
•Performs other support duties as assigned.

•General computer skills: keyboarding or word processing programs, e-mail, and spreadsheets (literate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Handles multiple task and priorities.
•Strong organizational skills.

Requirements: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
•High School Equivalent or GED required.
•Experience in a Foreign Trade Zone environment dealing directly with US Customs and Border Patrol is a plus
