Kohl's University this Fall 2020!

C_PREVIEW_TEXT|*
Hello!

We hope you are all doing well and had a wonderful summer. We are reaching out today to share an exciting opportunity for students to engage with Kohl’s and learn about retail as we shift to virtual recruiting this Fall. As one of our valued campus partners, we would love your help in promoting!

The Kohl’s Early Talent team is excited to launch Kohl’s University, a series of virtual professional development and career engagement opportunities for students at all levels.

How does it work (registration, participation, etc.)?
Students and faculty can opt in to receive weekly email updates promoting Kohl’s University content and events (more details on opt in below). Each email will include an overview of upcoming presentations with a specific sign up link. Students will register for the specific topics they are interested in through these unique links and we will send out a meeting link to join the presentation 24 hours prior to the start of the session.

Some presentation topics/events include:
Diversity & Inclusion, Kohl’s 101, Personal Branding, Interviewing 101, Omnichannel, a Former Intern Panel, a Kohl’s Store Tour, an eFulfillment Building Tour, and overviews on our Store Management Internship, eFulfillment Leadership Management Internship, and Store Management Trainee programs.

When will presentations be hosted?
Through this platform we will deliver live and on demand content weekly from September 7th–October 23rd. Most live content will take place on Thursdays from 5–6pm CDT (with some exceptions pending availability).

Will the content be recorded?
We encourage students to attend live, if possible, so they are able to submit questions to speakers, but we will make all content available in our weekly email updates after the presentations are complete.

Is there a max capacity for the events?
Yes. Each session will be limited to the first 200 students to register.

Next Steps:
Please share this registration link with any students who would be interested in learning more about Kohl’s University sessions through the Fall semester. Anyone who submits interest here will receive our weekly communications and have access to all previously recorded content.
