- Set up new vendors in business system
- Maintain purchasing data in computer system so that it is always current
- Populate quote information for each component

- Assist in sourcing of a variety of commodity components
- Maintain appropriate lead times, minimums and multiples, and vendor information for all assigned parts in the system
- Run various supporting reports for the purchasing and/or quoting departments
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Intermediate level in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Strong math and computational skills
- Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to produce quality results

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in electronic, biomedical engineering or a discipline geared toward managing maintaining and repairing clinical equipment within a healthcare environment and/or equivalent of military BMET program and/or AAMI certified
