Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in a customer-centric sales environment with a proven track record of exceeding assigned goals, delivering a high level of customer service and adhering to operational expectations are required. Upon hire you must register and maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) to better serve our customers.  A flexible schedule including weekends, a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel regionally are required.

Additionally, the following will be essential to your success: Excellent communications skills, having a passion for helping others, being motivated to learn, solutions-based sales skills, professionalism, resourcefulness, exceptional relationship-building skills, the ability to excel in a complex and dynamic environment, and being technologically savvy.
Level of role based on meeting specific milestones in your development in conjunction with your performance against assigned accountabilities.

Level I: All newly hired Financial Solution Specialists. (Anticipated time in role 12-18 months)

Level II: Satisfactory completion of all Level I training and development requirements, pass (minimum 90%) all Financial Solutions certification courses as assigned.  Exceed assigned individual goals for at least six (6) months and adherence to all operational requirements. (Anticipated time in role 24-36 months)

Level III: Satisfactory completion of all Level II training and development requirements, pass (minimum 90%) additional Financial Solutions certification courses as assigned.  Consistently exceed assigned individual goals for at least eighteen (18) months and adherence to all operational requirements.
