Job Summary:
The IT Support Specialist will work with our IT Support Team to assist with day-to-day operations, which includes answering the Support Desk phone and responding/monitoring the Support Desk email Inbox.
The IT Support Specialist will have high interaction with bank personnel via phone, email and face-to-face.
Other job responsibilities include troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and other technical issues (ex: printing, scanning, faxing, etc).
The IT Support Specialist will also assist in related IT project work, as needed.

Minimum Job Requirements:
· Working towards an undergraduate degree, in an IT related field, at either a college or technical institute.
· Knowledge of Windows 7/Windows 8 and Server 2008/2012.
· Basic knowledge of network configuration on PCs, including IP address configuration and wireless network settings for laptops.
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Strong oral and written communication skills and being able to troubleshoot various technical issues either over the phone and in person.

Preferred Job Requirements:
· Prefer candidates with previous Helpdesk/technical support experience within a Microsoft computing environment for both servers and client workstations.
· Prior experience in replacing toner cartridges, rollers, and maintenance kits on printers.
