Job summary
Provide a wide variety of confidential and complex administrative, technical, and clerical duties in support of the HR recruiting team.

Summary of essential job functions
  • Ensures that human resources files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and Company policies and procedures
  • Screen resumes and schedule phone interviews
  • Manage candidates through interview process
  • Provide communication to candidates through the entire interview process
  • Performs clerical work including filing and collecting paperwork
  • Types, generates and proofreads letters, reports, memos, and statistical charts
  • To participate in external events to promote the company with a view to attracting candidates to apply for posts
  • Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • PC proficient (Microsoft Office preferred), interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills, detail oriented, and strong sensitivity to confidential matters.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent preferred.
