Technical Writer - Intern

Compunetix, Inc. offers the most reliable and feature-rich teleconferencing bridges in
the industry as well as providing manufacturing services from board level production to
system level integration.

Compunetix is seeking an individual needed to interview technical staff in preparation to write
technical documents including user’s guides, training documents, specification documents, quick
reference cards, and other technical literature; conduct operations training on a variety of audio/
video conferencing products; and provide support by providing product demonstrations when
needed.

Requirements include technical writing and/or training, solid verbal and written communication
skills including a strong command of grammar, strong organization and interpersonal skills
and the ability to work independently. Computer literacy including a firm working knowledge of
Adobe Frame Maker, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Indesign, Microsoft Word and Windows is required.
A working knowledge in the following applications is desired: Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator,
Adobe Photoshop, and CorelDraw. Ability and willingness to travel frequently, domestically and
internationally, is required.
