The following business segments fall under Enterprise Services: Supply Chain This business segment adds value to Enterprise-Wide initiatives through the supply chain process. Supply Chain is seeking interns to work on teams within the following areas: Strategic Sourcing Accounts Payable Supplier Diversity Enterprise Vendor Management Systems Operations Excellence & Six Sigma This business segment supports PNC’s businesses and shared services groups through process improvement functions. Operations Excellence & Six Sigma are seeking Interns to work and collaborate on teams with Black Belts and Engineers to support larger banking initiatives. These initiatives could include: Identifying opportunities to improve departmental processes, business systems or reduce expenses. Assisting with developing tools that track metrics, monitor progress to organizational strategies and/or financial results. Aiding with management of PNC’s third-party vendor relationship. Strategic Initiatives Office (SIO) This business segment provides consistent program management leadership and support to a portfolio of strategic Enterprise-Wide initiatives. Strategic Initiatives Offices is seeking interns to provide project budget, costing, and anlaysis support to Project Managers. Interns will perform complex activities or analysis in order to evaluate the implications of a designated project and resolve ad hoc requests from management, project team members, or other impacted parties. QUALIFICATIONS: College Sophomore or Junior majoring in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), Operations, Business, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Business Information, Information Systems, Strong academic record, 3.0 GPA or greater Demonstrate strong leadership skills Strong customer services skills · Solid organizational and interpersonal skills · Strong attention to detail · Excellent verbal and oral communication skills · Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment · A team player with enthusiasm and professional demeanor who takes initiative and direction · Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Must have U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency PNC is a Fortune 500 financial services company.
